With over 30 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and shaping young minds, Mrs. Nirmala Vishwakarma represents a lifelong commitment to the transformative power of education. Her journey has been defined not simply by years in the classroom, but by a genuine passion for understanding learners, nurturing their potential, and finding meaningful ways to make education more engaging, purposeful, and impactful.
Holding a Master’s degree (MA) as her highest academic qualification, she has continuously invested in expanding her knowledge through various teaching and professional development programmes. Throughout her career, she has embraced new approaches to teaching and learning, believing that a great educator must never stop learning themselves.
Her philosophy is rooted in a powerful belief: every learner has the potential to grow, and the right guidance can change the direction of a life. This belief continues to influence her work at EduMile India, where she contributes to building a culture grounded in discipline, values, people development, and meaningful learning.
As Director – Governance & HR, she brings her decades of experience, empathy, and people-centric perspective to strengthening the organisation and its people. Dr. Vishal Vishwakarma brings an understanding of business, people & growth to EduMile India. His journey has been shaped by a passion for building teams, solving business challenges, understanding markets, and connecting learning with real-world success.
Holding dual PhDs in Business Management and Modern Leadership, he has complemented his academic journey with 70+ professional certifications, along with 10 educational awards and 5 global recognitions. He is also a recognised author and Amazon Bestselling Author of business and leadership books, sharing key insights on sales, management, leadership, and professional excellence.
With over 12+ years of corporate experience across Sales, Business Operations, Strategy, and leadership, his philosophy is rooted in a powerful belief: education should not simply create qualified individuals; it should create capable, confident, and employment-ready professionals. This belief lies at the heart of EduMile India, his dream to build a career and skill ecosystem that helps learners develop relevant capabilities and prepare for the modern workplace.
As Founder & CEO, he provides the vision, direction, and leadership behind EduMile India, bringing together education, technology, practical skills, and industry expectations. His mission goes beyond building an education platform - it is to make India more employment-ready.

Ms. Sheetal Vishwakarma brings a blend of business understanding, sales expertise, and people leadership to EduMile India. Journey across diverse industries has helped her understand customer expectations, business priorities and the importance of aligning people and processes to create outcomes.
With over 7 years of corporate experience across education, insurance, and real estate, holding an MBA in Retail Marketing, she has developed her expertise across sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development. Over the years, she has mentored teams, worked closely with customers, and developed an understanding of buyer psychology - what influences decisions, how trust is built, and how value can be communicated.
Her philosophy is rooted in a simple belief: people perform at their best when given clarity, direction, and the opportunity to grow. This belief shapes her approach at EduMile India, where she focuses on strengthening operations, enabling teams, improving processes, and creating a learner experience that is impactful.
