Because our programmes and digital learning resources may provide immediate access to educational content, our refund and cancellation terms are designed to reflect the nature of digital education services.

By purchasing a programme or service from EduMile India, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. PROGRAMME PURCHASES

Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the programme description, curriculum, eligibility requirements, duration, certification details and other applicable information.

Once payment is successfully completed, access to the purchased programme may be provided immediately or within the stated delivery timeframe.

2. CANCELLATION BEFORE ACCESS

If you request cancellation before access to the purchased digital programme or content has been provided, EduMile India may consider the cancellation request subject to applicable terms and the circumstances of the purchase.

Any eligible refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.

3. REFUNDS AFTER DIGITAL ACCESS

Because EduMile India programmes may provide immediate access to digital educational content, refunds may generally not be available once substantial access to the programme or its digital content has been provided or consumed, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

This may include access to:

• Video lessons
• Course modules
• PDFs or study materials
• Templates
• Assessments
• Assignments
• Digital resources
• Downloadable content
• Learning platforms
• Programme resources

Where applicable, the specific refund terms displayed on the programme’s purchase page will take precedence for that programme.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you are unable to access a purchased programme because of a genuine technical issue attributable to EduMile India, please contact us promptly.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to:

1. Identify the issue;
2. Restore access; or
3. Provide an alternative method of accessing the purchased programme.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund where the issue can reasonably be resolved.

5. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If you have been charged more than once for the same programme due to a payment or technical error, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

6. FAILED OR UNSUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS

If an amount has been debited from your account but your programme registration was not successfully completed, please contact us with the relevant transaction information.

We will verify the transaction and, where the payment has been received by us but the enrolment was not completed, take appropriate action.

7. CERTIFICATION FEES

Where a programme includes certification, certification may be subject to specific eligibility, completion or assessment requirements.

If certification involves an external institution or certification partner, additional terms may apply.

Any certification-related fees that have already been incurred or paid to a third-party certification provider may be subject to that provider’s applicable refund terms.

8. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Subject to applicable law, refunds may not generally be provided in circumstances including:

• Change of mind after purchasing a programme
• Failure to use the programme after purchase
• Lack of time to complete the programme
• Failure to attend or complete optional sessions
• Failure to complete assessments
• Failure to meet programme requirements
• Personal circumstances preventing participation
• Failure to achieve a desired career, employment, salary or business outcome
• Failure to achieve a particular examination or certification result

EduMile India does not guarantee any specific employment, salary, promotion, business income or career outcome through participation in its programmes.

9. PROGRAMME CANCELLATION BY EDUMILE INDIA

In exceptional circumstances, EduMile India may cancel, postpone, modify or discontinue a programme.

Where EduMile India cancels a programme before delivery and the programme cannot reasonably be rescheduled or replaced with an equivalent offering, eligible learners may be offered an appropriate alternative or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

10. REFUND PROCESS

Where a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.

EduMile India is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment processors or other third-party financial institutions.

12. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on:

• The programme purchased
• Terms displayed at the time of purchase
• Whether digital access has been provided
• Whether programme content has been accessed or consumed
• The reason for the request
• Applicable consumer and other laws

Where a specific programme has a separate refund policy or guarantee, that programme-specific policy will apply.

13. TRANSFER OF ENROLMENT

Where permitted, EduMile India may allow a learner to transfer their enrolment to another eligible individual or programme instead of providing a refund.

Any such transfer is subject to prior written approval from EduMile India and may be subject to additional conditions.

14. POLICY CHANGES

EduMile India reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The applicable terms presented to you at the time of purchase may apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
